Swhype joined Lauren Laverne as she visits Dawn O’Porter at her pop-up shop based in Covent Garden, London, where they talk about Dawn’s vintage clothing brand BOB.
Now living in LA, Dawn talks about how she came to be obsessed by vintage clothes. From growing up in Guernsey to uncovering vintage treats trawling through markets and old peoples attics – Dawn shares the excitement of owning BOB and how she aims to keep the brand fresh through collaboration, new designs and prints.
Showing us some of the key pieces in her recent collection, Dawn tells Lauren about dressing vintage while pregnant and how her new designs make old styles wearable in the modern day.
