Will there be a Workforce Crisis in 2030?

Here’s another insightful TED Talk from German human resources expert Rainer Strack who explores the potential of a global workforce crisis in 2030. Strack has concluded that by then many of the world’s largest economies will have more jobs than adult citizens to do those jobs. He also explores solutions to this very real problem which involve changing the culture of businesses at their root.
