Screen Social: Northern Soul Stew<\/h1>\n

On Wednesday 8th October<\/strong> we’re hosting another charity Screen Social<\/em> in London – Northern Soul Stew<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With a nod to the release of British feature film Northern Soul<\/em><\/a>, the music vs film night is back at The Book Club in London’s Shoreditch for a night of floor fillers, films and foolery. With live music from soul specialists J.E.T., DJs from the Northern Soul scene and cinematic treacle, all mixed up in a big bowl of soul.<\/p>\n

If you’ve shot a music video, short film, animation or experiment which is soaked in soul, we’d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n

It could be a music promo, documentary, fictional narrative, mod culture exploration, interview, or maybe you want to nominate your all-time favourite Northern Soul banger.<\/p>\n

Screening priority will be given to directors who can attend on the night.<\/address>\n

Please spread the word – all proceeds go to the homelessness charity Shelter and for every registered \u00a33 entry, we’ll donate an extra \u00a31.<\/p>\n
