Our connected world has given rise to what some call The Internet of Things, where all sorts of devices readily engage in constructive communication. One way they can do this is through a service called If This Then That (IFTTT). This allows you to create a formula or ‘recipe’ that triggers actions such as automatically backing up your digital photos or switching off the lights when you leave the house. Swhype created this kinetic type animation for UK retail brand John Lewis.
